Street Kiosk
Street kiosk ads are street-level, roadside displays. The kiosks are usually located at high-traffic street corners in metropolitan areas.
Street kiosk ads under new direction
Traditionally, the sidewalk side of the kiosk offered employment guides, real estate listings and alternative newspapers, while the road side houses the advertising display. Street kiosks now differ not only in use but also in size. Where street kiosks were low-to-the-ground media options, they are now usually large displays that house community and map information for pedestrians.
Today’s kiosk is used as an information source for community members and tourists as they garner impressions from both vehicular traffic and pedestrian foot traffic.
