About The Position

Matrix Media Services specializes in out-of-home, non-traditional and digital (placed-based) advertising. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated Print Production Manager to be based out of our Columbus location.

The Print Production Manager will be responsible for the production, purchasing, and execution of account or project-based print jobs, ensuring projects are purchased and executed in a way that ensures quality and competitive pricing while overseeing and executing a high volume of complex projects.

Job duties include:

Manage all aspects of production with vendors on behalf of the client, conferring with vendors concerning delivery timetables and maintaining current status of assigned projects at all times.
Initiating and tracking all jobs.
Confirming shipping and arrival notices for production material.
Proofing artwork specifications and orders for accuracy.
Collaborate with sales staff in order to meet client needs.
Manage and oversee the print production assistants.

The right candidate will have:

Management experience in the same or similar type of role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with effective time management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and database management software.
Experience with MAC, graphics and production experience.
