About the position

And by the way, this isn’t a ‘fetch your boss some coffee’ entry-level position but rather a diamond in the rough career opportunity for anyone seeking an entry-level position with a great agency.
Matrix Media Services specializes in out-of-home, non-traditional and digital (place-base) advertising. In business for over 26 years, we partner with advertising agencies, in-house marketing departments, small businesses, public relations firms, non-profit organizations and private citizens to help them achieve their marketing goals through outdoor advertising. We are based out of Columbus, OH but serve client needs across the United States (as well as a few other countries). We’re a team-focused company with a great support staff.
Responsibilities include working closely with our media buyers and account executives ensure client needs are exceeded and campaigns run smoothly, with duties such as:
- • Managing vendor relationships
• Researching out-of-home media
• Compiling information for client proposals
• Assisting in media campaign implementation
• Working on individual and team projects
Position requirements include:

• Proficient verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office (experience with basic Excel formulas is a plus!)
A college degree and/or marketing experience is not required. All training will be provided. This is a full-time, salary position with exceptional medical, dental, vision and 401k incentives.
